| Allen Senior Residences | |
| Allen Neighborhood Preservation and Development Corporation, a not-for-profit organization chaired by Reverend Floyd H. Flake and Arlen Contracting Corp, will construct the Allen Senior Residence. Three seven story structures will contain a total of 330 newly constructed one and two bedroom units. In addition an 8000 square foot community center will contain meeting facilities, kitchen, administrative/management offices, and state-of-the-art audio and video capability. | |
